Welcome Back my friends for another week of our Women In Business Series! This week we are featuring a fabulous mama from Spokane, Washington who is the owner of Tipsy Muse.
Grab a glass of wine for this one my friends! Enjoy!
I met Tiffany, online of course, through Instagram. and we have become fast friends 🙂 Of course, her business sparked an interest with me, because it involves wine! A women after my own heart, celebrating something while having a glass of wine= FAST FRIENDS.
Tiffany owns a business called Tipsy Muse.
Have you ever wanted to have an event that is unique, fun, and brings out your inner creative self at the same time! Tiffany has found that for you!
Tipsy Muse parties bring together a group of people to paint a beautiful canvas, all while having a little liquid courage to do it! An artist guides you and the rest of the group, step by step, through creating your own version of the day’s painting.
Here are just some of the paintings you can choose from! (she is also giving away a painting for YOU to WIN!!- at the end, so wait for it.. carry on learning more about her first)
Tiffany says “one of the best things about Tipsy Muse parties is seeing how beautiful and different each painting turns out, while everyone works toward the same goal. You’ll be proud of yourself and impressed with your friends all at once.”
Tiffany is not just a business owner- she has two littles that she is a proud mama of, and wife to a very supportive hubby who just happens to be her business partner in this great journey!
When chatting with Tiffany about her business- she told me how she got started, and of course the reason behind Tipsy Muse!
So let’s see what she had to say!
When did you start your business?
My husband John and I started our adventure with purchasing Tipsy Muse from a dear friend in January. She had just moved to Texas and the business was something she poured her heart in to. John knew I was interested in growing the business but also that I was hesitant, I think self doubting a bit. I love him so much, without waver he pushed me and said “come on, lets do it.” With that encouragement here we are, she was kind enough to allow us to make it our own and has been a huge supporter.
Why did you think this was a great business opportunity for you?
John and I have known for quite some time we want to grow something together. Kids, check. Building homes…3 in 5 years eek, check. Now it was time for us to combine our unique talents and grow this small business. We love that Tipsy Muse gives us the ability to spend time together while building a future. It is a lot of fun to network with the local wineries, breweries and restaurants who host our painting parties. We have the opportunity to meet the most amazing people at our parties. Work and play, or is it work is play?
What makes Tipsy Muse so unique?
With Tipsy Muse we work alongside clients to host local painting parties. Public and private events ranging from a corporate party, birthday, bridal or baby shower to a girls or date night. My local artists guide a group through recreating one of the Tipsy Muse original acrylic on canvas paintings. A drink is always helpful in allowing the budding artist to enjoy and explore their creative side. We are mobile, we can set a party up just about anywhere. We have all of the necessary materials to protect the flooring, tables and chairs so all the host has to do is enjoy!
Did you hear that my friends, they are mobile! So they come to you, you don’t have to go to studio, makes it more fun!
And, of course the big question we all like to know, is what other women have inspired you to start this business?
I am a fan of any mom who takes a risk on building something for herself and her family. The marriage, motherhood, and work juggle is not easy. You do your best in each piece of your life and remind yourself that’s good enough. I’ve noticed my kids thrive from seeing my dedication to God, my husband, being a mom and work. You can have it all you just won’t have it all perfect.
So as you can see, Tiffany is a mama who is working hard to not only create a life for her family, but become a strong woman business owner. Thank you again Tiffany for being a part of our series, I am honored to have you, and hope we can meet in the future!
If you live in the area she serves, please contact her for a really fun event! I wish I lived by her so I could finally get a chance to meet her, and of course drink some wine and paint till my heart is content!
They do have some public events coming up- click here to check them out!
If you would like to get in touch with Tiffany here are her social media platforms 🙂 Go show her some love!
