Happy Friday Friends! Today I wanted to share something really fun for you to be able to take part in, and guess what, help beat blood cancer at the same time!
On Saturday September 19th, 2015 the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Western PA & WV Chapter will hold it’s annual Pineapple Classic 5k at Hartwood Acres.
This is one fun 5K you WILL want to sign up for this year!
Here are all details, and make sure you read to the bottom for an awesome GIVEAWAY!
So, what is The Pineapple Classic 5K you ask?
The Pineapple Classic 5K obstacle course race is a fun and challenging Hawaiian-themed event held at Hartwood Acres. YOU will be crawling, climbing, bouncing and bending to raise funds for blood cancer research and patient services. Each team is responsible for carrying one pineapple through the course without letting it touch the ground! (FUN RIGHT!!) Upon crossing the finish line, participants and sponsors are invited to join us for a luau complete with Hawaiian food, drinks and steel drums!
