Running behind on making your toddlers Easter basket? Here are some last-minute ideas for us procrastinators out there!
Last year Bean was obviously to young to really enjoy an Easter Basket. But this year is going to be so much fun- I hope!
I honestly had no idea what I wanted to do for her basket, but I wanted to make it special because this was the first real one.
Here are some tips and fun ways for everyone out there that has to make an Easter Basket this year for a little one.
1. Go to the dollar isle in Target- need I say more. So many adorable things and I even bought ears last month for her to wear.
2. Buy the things they are going to need and want. I know when I was young- my parents always gave me money and candy in my eggs. But the fun part was finding the basket full of all the good stuff! Here are some ideas to help you out: (kiddos one year and up)
-Smoothies ( Earths Best Sesame Street ones, love them!)
-a cross for their room
-kitchen play food
-board books like these ( they are some of my favorite)

3. Go to the dollar store and pick up some shredded paper grass. Looks like that green plastic grass that we have used for hundreds of years in baskets, but much less mess to clean up, and it’s not plastic.
4. Last but not least find a fun basket, or make one! This is really makes the idea come together!
Happy Easter my friends!! Have fun making those baskets!!
